Because spa appointments/welcome amenities are reserved/prepared for you, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. 50% of the value of the treatment/amenity will be charged for cancellations or changes within 24 hours. Cancellations or changes within six hours of the scheduled treatment/arrivals time and "no-shows" will be charged at full value.
