- Our hotel is entirely smoke free.

- We offer in-room dining 24 hours a day, with a limited overnight menu beginning at 12 midnight.
- Do you have a business center?
- Yes, the hotel has a 24-hour business center.
- Do you have a Pool?
- The hotel has an outdoor pool that is open seasonally.
- Do you have a spa? What are the hours? How can I get an appointment?
- The hotel does not have a spa, but we do offer In Room Spa services. Please contact the front desk to set up appointments.
- How do I get to the hotel?

- Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
- We do not offer a complimentary shuttle. We recommend visiting the SuperShuttle and Washington Flyer websites for information for shuttle transportation between airports and hotel. In addition, private limousine service can also be arranged by contacting our Concierge at (202) 448-1800.
- What are your cross streets?
- The hotel is located on P St. NW, between 21st St. and 22nd St.
- Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
- Valet parking is available on property for $41 plus tax per night. It is 24 hours with in-and-out privileges.
- Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
- Some of our rooms can accommodate cribs or rollaway beds. There is a per night rental fee for rollaways.
- I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
- Please contact the customer service department at the website you used to make your reservation.
- What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
- The minimum age requirement to check into the hotel is 18 years old.
- What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
- Our cancellation and deposit policy varies by rate. Reservations booked at the Best Available Rate have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
- Is my ID/passport required at check in?
- We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.
- Can I check in with my debit card?
- Yes. However, please be aware that payment is held upon check-in and may take up to three days post check-out to be released.
- What age do kids stay for free?
- Kids under the age of 17 stay for free.
- Do you have connecting rooms?
- We do have connecting rooms. Connecting rooms must be requested in advance and cannot be guaranteed.
- Do you have accessible rooms?

- Do you have an early departure fee?
- Yes. An early departure fee of up to one night's room and tax may be applied if you check out before your scheduled departure date.
- What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?
- Urbana serves cuisines of Northern Italy, the South of France, Greece and Spain. Reservations are recommended; please call (202) 956-6650. Breakfast is served Monday-Friday from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM; lunch is served Monday-Friday from 11:30 AM to 3 PM; dinner is served Sunday-Thursday 5:30 PM to 10 PM and Friday-Saturday 5:30 PM to 11 PM; and brunch is served Saturday & Sunday from 8 AM to 3 PM.

- How do I earn a free night?
- Whether you stay frequently or stay longer, we want to thank you for staying true to Kimpton. That's why we offer two ways for you to earn complimentary night rewards. You will receive your free night after 7 eligible visits or 20 eligible nights at Kimpton Hotels, whichever comes first. How does it work? Here are two scenarios:
- Let's say you travel to Washington, D.C. for business every month, staying two nights on average each time. You'll receive a free night after your 7th trip.
- An alternative sequence of events: You take a vacation in San Diego (9 nights), plan a getaway to New York City (4 nights) and work on an off-site project in Chicago (7 nights). There. You've reached 20 nights and are eligible for a free night.
- Can you define "eligible"?
- Certainly. Some stays/rates are excluded from earning reward credit such as:

- Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
- We are delighted to have you visit with your pets! There are no restrictions. All we ask is that you sign a short "Pet Pawlicy" accepting responsibility for any damage or special cleaning costs. We'll also ask for your cellular phone number so we may contact you, if necessary, while your pet is alone in the room.
- Do you have pet free rooms for those with allergies?
- We do not put pets on certain floors of the hotel. We will make every effort to place you on one of those floors upon request.
- Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?
- Our concierge team will be happy to arrange for hired pet care services.
- How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?
- The closest dog walking park is Dupont Circle; please see the front desk for a map and directions.
