- What is check in/check out time?

- Check in is at 3pm, check out is at 12 noon. If you arrive before 3pm, we will do our best to arrange an early check-in. We have a full bell service available to store your luggage if a room is not available before 3pm.

- hotel is completely non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke in the public area outside the hotel's front door.

- Valet parking with full in-and-out privileges is available for $36 per night. Day parking is also available for $18.

- Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?

- Some of our rooms can accommodate cribs or rollaway beds. There is a $25 per night rental for for rollaways. There is no charge for cribs.

- What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
- Answer
- The minimum age requirement to check into the hotel is 18 years old. A 16 year old may check into the hotel with written permission from the parent or legal guardian accepting full responsibility for all room charges, incidentals and any other fees.

- What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

- We have a 24 hour prior to arrival cancellation policy on most reservations. You must cancel by 6pm Eastern time the day prior to arrival to avoid penalty. On certain reservations a special cancellation may apply.

- We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

- What age do kids stay for free?

- Kids under the age of 17 stay for free in existing bedding when accompanied by an adult.

- We do have a limited number of connecting rooms. Connecting rooms must be requested in advance and cannot be guaranteed.

- We do. An Early Departure Fee of up to one night's room and tax may be applied if you check out before your scheduled departure date.

- Urbana serves cuisines of Northern Italy, the South of France, Greece and Spain. Reservations are recommended; please call 202.956.6650.
Breakfast is served Monday – Friday from 6:30am to 10:30am; lunch is served Monday – Friday from 11:30am to 3pm; dinner is served Sunday – Thursday 5:30pm to 10pm and Friday – Saturday 5:30pm to 11pm; and brunch is served Saturday & Sunday from 8am to 3pm.
Holiday hours may vary.

- A valid credit card is required to check into the hotel. Payments in cash, by credit card, or travelers check are accepted at check out. Personal checks are NOT accepted.

- We're delighted to have you visit with your pets! There are no restrictions. All we ask is that you sign a short "Pet Pawlicy" accepting responsibility for any damage or special cleaning costs. We'll also ask for your cellular phone number so we may contact you, if necessary, while your pet is alone in the room.

- We do not put pets on certain floors of our hotel. We will make every effort to place you on one of those floors upon request.
